Design, development and implementation of the CENTURY system, an MRP application providing multi currency accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory control, order entry, material requirements, production scheduling and bill of materials.

Complete system redesign from text interface and legacy file storage (COBOL) to graphical interface and relational database storage (PostgreSQL), significantly increasing system stability and the marketability of the product.

Design, development, implementation and day to day maintenance of the MEDSQL system, a complete medical records application including doctor and patient scheduling, MSP (ICD9 code based), RCMP, third party and direct billing as well as Electronic Medical Records.

Developed an innovative way of fast scanning and storage of hard-copy medical records in the database for fast retrieving and manipulation, reducing physical chart sizes, leading to a paperless charting system.

Developed a versatile prescription module allowing medical practitioners to write drug prescriptions and/or change medications having all the medication history of a patient at their fingertips using third party libraries, developed the routines to automate data upload and download to and from the provincial MSP mainframe for all qualifying provincial, ICBC, WCB and extra-provincial billing.

Developed a flexible billing module and a high-performance follow-up routine for remittances and payments from MSP, resulting in significant decrease of personnel and time needed for payment follow-up.

Developed templates for requisition forms to be filled in on the screen by physicians, with automatic filling of patient demographics, practitioner/clinic identification and test specific instructions for the patient only for the selected tests, resulting in increased document clarity, accuracy and shorter filling time for the practitioner.

Developed a color-coded, time-slot based high efficiency multi-practitioner appointment scheduler providing fast visual information of availability/overbooking and detailed information through specialized reports.

Design, development and implementation of a direct sales application enabling the distributor to manage leads from the first contact to the point of installation. Provides centralized call-centers scheduling of sales-persons, inventory tracking from the manufacturer to installation at the end customer.

Developed the salesperson appointment scheduler based on a group/member approach of regions, areas, sales-groups, static and dynamic routes resulting in a versatile assignment, reassignment and retrieval of appointments and off-duty scheduling.

Developed an extensive set of reports for tracking cost of leads based on marketing channel and up-to-date reporting of sales success, closing ratio's, etc. Developed a QuickBooks interface for electronic payroll transfers.
